Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Landron Merch. We take pride in our unique, made-to-order products. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, our return policy is limited to the following terms:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Action: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at shoperlandron@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Items deemed defective or damaged due to a fulfillment error (an error on our part) are covered at our expense and will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you. If Landron Merch or the customer notices an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because our products are made-on-demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: "Change of heart" or simply not liking the design after delivery.

  • Sizing Errors: Please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered.

  • Wrong Color: Please ensure your color selection is correct before checkout.

Note for Customers in Brazil: If you reside in Brazil and regret a purchase, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item. You must provide a picture of the item. All requests undergo an evaluation; if the product has been used or destroyed (even partially), a refund will not be possible.

4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. 

    If you haven't registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

    Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  • Charity Donation: Any returned orders due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment that are not cleared for reshipping within 30 days will be donated to charity at your cost, without a refund being issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Health & Hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks.

  • Any returned orders containing face masks or unsealed hygiene items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of immediately.

6. Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

 

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

     

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

     

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Language

  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

  • Language: This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
